Are prices shown including or excluding VAT?

All prices on the platform are shown excluding VAT. 19% VAT is added at checkout before you confirm payment. You'll see the breakdown clearly before you pay.

Does VAT apply to every booking?

Yes. 19% VAT applies to all bookings β€” day passes, meeting rooms, and credit purchases β€” without exception.

Why is my invoice higher than the listed price?

The difference is VAT. Your invoice shows the net amount and the 19% VAT separately, so everything is transparent and usable for your accounting.

Can I get a proper VAT invoice?

Yes. Every booking generates a VAT-compliant invoice with the net amount and tax itemised. It's emailed to you immediately after your booking and available to download anytime from your dashboard.

How much does a day pass cost?

Day pass prices vary by venue. You can see the price for any venue on the listing page before booking. All prices shown are net (excluding 19% VAT).

How much does a meeting room cost?

Meeting rooms are priced per hour and vary by venue. The total is calculated based on your selected duration and shown clearly at checkout, including VAT.

Can I pay with credits instead of a card?

Yes β€” if you've purchased personal credits (individual users) or your team has a credit balance (team accounts), credits are deducted automatically at checkout instead of charging your card.
