Credits and expiry

How credits work, who can buy them, validity, expiry, and refund policies.

What are credits?

Credits are prepaid funds you load onto your account or your team's account. Instead of entering a card for every booking, credits are deducted automatically at checkout. 1 credit = €1.

Who can buy credits?

Individual users can purchase personal credit packages (Starter, Regular, or Power) from their account settings.

Team admins can purchase credit packages for their team from the Billing section of the team dashboard. Team credits are shared across all members.

How long are credits valid?

Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After that, unused credits expire and are no longer available.

What happens to credits when they expire?

Expired credits are lost and cannot be recovered or rolled over. To avoid this:

  • Buy an amount you expect to use within 6 months

  • For teams: enable auto top-up so credits are purchased in smaller amounts as needed rather than all at once

Do I get a warning before credits expire?

Your remaining credit balance is visible in your dashboard at any time. For teams, admins can monitor the balance and expiry dates in the Billing section.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Unused credits are non-refundable. We recommend starting with a smaller package if you're unsure how much you'll use.

What if my balance runs out mid-booking?

If your credit balance is insufficient to cover a booking, the booking is blocked. Top up your balance and try again.

For teams: set up auto top-up to prevent this from happening.

Are credits subject to VAT?

Yes. All credit purchases are priced excluding VAT. 19% VAT is added at checkout and itemised on your invoice.
