How does team billing work?

Teams run on a prepaid credit model. The team admin purchases a credit package upfront, and bookings made by any team member are deducted from the shared balance. There's no per-booking card charge for members β€” it all comes out of the team's credit pool.

What are team credits?

Credits are prepaid funds the admin loads onto the team account. 1 credit = €1. When a member makes a booking, the cost is deducted from the shared team balance automatically.

Who can buy credits for the team?

Only Team Admins can purchase credits. Members cannot top up the balance themselves.

Where do I see the team's credit balance?

Admins can see the balance, usage history, and upcoming expiry dates in the Billing section of the team dashboard. Members can see their own spending in their team view.

Who pays for a team booking?

The booking cost comes out of the team's shared credit balance. The team admin's card on file is used when purchasing credits, not at the point of each booking.

Who receives invoices for team bookings?

All invoices are issued to the team. Admins can download them from the Billing section. Individual members don't receive separate invoices per booking.

Can a member spend unlimited amounts?

By default, yes β€” as long as the team has credits available. Admins can set a monthly per-member spending limit to cap how much each member can book.

What if the team runs out of credits?

Bookings are blocked when the balance reaches zero. Admins should top up the balance, or enable auto top-up to prevent running out.

Can I book for a colleague?

No. Each member books for themselves. Bookings are tied to the person who makes them and cannot be transferred to another member.
