Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Contact our support team via the in-app chat and we'll handle the cancellation for you.

Can I modify a booking (change date or time)?

Yes. Reach out via the in-app chat with your booking details and the change you need. We'll do our best to accommodate it.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellation terms depend on the venue. Contact us via the in-app chat and we'll let you know what applies to your specific booking.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel and the venue's policy. Contact support via the in-app chat as early as possible β€” the sooner you reach out, the more options are available.

I was rejected as a team member booking β€” what happens?

If a venue admin rejects your booking request, any payment hold on your card is released and you're not charged. You'll receive a notification by email. You can rebook at a different time or choose another venue.

Can I cancel a team credit purchase?

Credit purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits remain in your team's balance until they expire (6 months from purchase date).

What if there's a problem at the venue on the day?

Try to resolve it with venue staff first β€” most things are sorted on the spot. If that doesn't work, contact us via the in-app chat. We're on your side.
