I was rejected as a team member booking β what happens?
If a venue admin rejects your booking request, any payment hold on your card is released and you're not charged. You'll receive a notification by email. You can rebook at a different time or choose another venue.
Can I cancel a team credit purchase?
Credit purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits remain in your team's balance until they expire (6 months from purchase date).
What if there's a problem at the venue on the day?
Try to resolve it with venue staff first β most things are sorted on the spot. If that doesn't work, contact us via the in-app chat. We're on your side.
