How do I delete my account?

Contact us via the in-app chat or email us at help@onecoworking.com. We'll process your request promptly in line with GDPR. Note that certain data β€” such as invoices β€” may be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes (10 years under German tax law).

How do I request a copy of my personal data?

Email us at help@onecoworking.com with your request. We'll provide a copy of your personal data in accordance with your GDPR rights.

How long do you keep my data?

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or comply with the law. Invoices and financial records are kept for 10 years as required by German tax law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I change my password?

Go to your account settings in the dashboard. You can change your password there, or use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset it via email.
