How to accept your team invitation and start booking with team credits.

Your team admin has invited you to One Coworking. Here's how to join and make your first team booking.

Step 1: Accept your invitation

Check your inbox for an email from One Coworking with the subject "You've been invited to join [Team Name]." Click the link in that email.

Invitation links are valid for 30 days. If yours has expired, ask your admin to resend it.

Step 2: Create an account (or sign in)

If you're new to One Coworking, you'll be prompted to create an account with your email and a password, or sign in with Google or Apple. Once done, you're automatically added to the team.

If you already have an account, sign in and the team is added to your dashboard.

Step 3: Switch to your team view

In your dashboard, use the role switcher at the top to toggle from your personal account to your team view. From there, bookings are charged to your team's credit balance.

Step 4: Book a workspace

Browse the marketplace, pick a space and date, and confirm your booking. The cost is deducted from your team's shared credit balance.

Your admin can see all team bookings in their dashboard.

Things to know as a team member

  • Spending limits: Your admin may have set a monthly limit on how much you can book. If a booking is blocked, you'll see a clear message β€” just ask your admin to adjust your limit.

  • Invoices: All invoices go to the team. Ask your admin if you need a copy.

  • Booking for others: You can only book for yourself. Ask your admin if a colleague needs a booking arranged.
