You've been invited to manage a venue on One Coworking. Here's how to accept your invitation and get up to speed with your dashboard.
Step 1: Accept your invitation
Check your inbox for an invitation email from One Coworking. Click the link to accept.
If you already have a One Coworking account, you'll be taken straight to your venue dashboard.
If you're new, you'll be prompted to create an account first — it takes about two minutes.
Step 2: Understand your role
There are two venue roles:
Role | What you can do |
Venue Manager | View all bookings for your assigned venue(s) |
Venue Admin | Approve/reject bookings, update venue details, invite other managers |
Not sure which role you have? Check with the person who invited you, or look at what's available in your dashboard.
Step 3: Find your way around the dashboard
Your venue dashboard shows:
Bookings — a filterable list of all bookings (by date, status, booking type). On mobile, bookings appear as swipeable cards.
Pending requests — bookings awaiting your approval (if your venue uses the approval workflow)
Venue settings — update details, manage managers (Venue Admin only)
Step 4: Handle your first booking
If your venue uses the approval workflow, new bookings arrive as "Pending." Review the request and click Approve or Reject — the guest is notified immediately.
