How to set up team billing and buy credits

Add a payment card and purchase prepaid credits for your team.

Your team runs on prepaid credits. Here's how to add a payment method and purchase credits so your team can start booking.

Step 1: Add a payment card

  1. Open your team dashboard and go to Billing

  2. Click "Add Payment Method"

  3. Enter your card details — stored securely via Stripe

  4. This card is charged whenever you purchase a new credit package

Step 2: Buy a credit package

  1. In the Billing section, go to Purchase Credits

  2. Choose a package size — larger packages give more credits per euro spent

  3. Click Purchase and confirm

Credits are added to your team balance immediately. All prices are shown excluding VAT; 19% VAT is added at checkout and appears on your invoice.

How credits work

  • Shared balance — all team members draw from the same pool

  • 1 credit = €1 — booking costs are deducted in euros

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase — unused credits expire after that

  • No rollover — expired credits cannot be recovered, so size your purchase to match expected usage

Step 3: (Optional) Enable auto top-up

Auto top-up keeps your balance from running out. When your balance drops below a threshold you set, a new credit package is purchased automatically using your saved card.

Viewing your balance and transaction history

In the Billing section you can see:

  • Current credit balance

  • Credits used vs. available

  • A full transaction history of purchases and bookings

  • Invoices — downloadable as PDFs

What if a credit purchase fails?

Check the error shown — it usually points to an expired card or insufficient funds. Update your card in the Billing section and try again. If the problem continues, reach out via the in-app chat.
