Spending limits let you control how much each team member can book per month. Once set, any booking that would push a member over their limit is automatically blocked.
Before you start
You must be a Team Admin
Make sure you're in Team Admin mode — use the role switcher at the top of your dashboard
Setting a spending limit
Open your team dashboard and go to Billing
Find the Per-Member Spending Limits section
Click "Set Limit"
Enter the monthly amount in euros (e.g. €200)
Click Save
The limit applies to all team members immediately. Members cannot make bookings that would push them over their personal monthly cap.
How limits work
Per member, per month — the limit applies to each member individually, not to the team as a whole
Resets monthly — limits reset on the first of each month
Blocked, not just warned — if a booking exceeds the limit, it's blocked entirely. The member sees a clear message with their current spend and how far over they'd be.
Team-wide limits still apply — if you also have a team-wide credit balance, both checks run. A booking must pass both.
Changing or removing a limit
Go to Billing → Per-Member Spending Limits
Update the amount and click Save, or click "Remove Individual Limits" to remove caps entirely
What members see when they're blocked
When a booking is blocked, the member sees a message explaining how much they've spent this month, how much the booking would cost, and how much they'd be over their limit. They can ask you to adjust their limit or wait until the monthly reset.
