I didn't receive my confirmation email

What to check if your booking confirmation email hasn't arrived.

Your booking confirmation (including your ticket and QR code) is sent automatically after a successful payment. If it hasn't arrived, here's what to check.

Step 1: Check your spam folder

Confirmation emails occasionally land in spam or junk. Search your inbox for "One Coworking" or check your spam folder directly.

Step 2: Check your dashboard

Your booking is recorded in your dashboard regardless of whether the email arrived. Log in at application.onecoworking.com and go to Bookings β€” your confirmed booking and downloadable ticket will be there.

Step 3: Check the right email address

Confirmation emails go to the address on your One Coworking account. Make sure you're checking the right inbox β€” especially if you signed up with Google or Apple, which may use a different address than expected.

Step 4: Wait a few minutes

Emails are sent immediately after payment, but delivery can occasionally be delayed by a few minutes depending on your email provider.
