Team and venue manager invitations are sent by email. If yours hasn't arrived, here's how to fix it.
Step 1: Check your spam folder
Invitation emails occasionally land in spam. Search your inbox for "One Coworking" or check your junk/spam folder.
Step 2: Check the right inbox
The invitation is sent to the exact email address your admin used. Confirm with your admin which address they used β it might be a work email rather than a personal one, or vice versa.
Step 3: Ask your admin to resend
Admins can resend invitations in seconds:
Go to the Members section of the team dashboard (or Venue Settings for venue invites)
Find your name under "Invited / Pending"
Click Resend
A fresh invitation link will be sent immediately.
Step 4: Check if the link has expired
Invitation links are valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed, the link no longer works even if you have it. Ask your admin to send a new one.
