All your bookable spaces — day passes, meeting rooms, and private offices — are managed as workspaces in the dashboard.

Adding a new workspace

Go to Resources & Rooms and click New Workspace. A step-by-step wizard lets you:

  • Pick the workspace type (day pass, meeting room, private office)

  • Set pricing and capacity

  • Choose amenities

  • Set opening hours

  • Upload photos

Review before publishing

New workspaces and edits go through our review process before appearing on the public website. This keeps listings accurate and high quality for customers.
