How do I add team members to manage my venue?

How to invite colleagues so they can help manage your venue, workspaces, and bookings in the dashboard.

You can invite colleagues to help manage your venue. Each team member gets their own dashboard access.

Inviting a team member

Go to Manage Venue Managers in the dashboard and invite a user by email. Assign them to one or more of your venues. They'll get access as soon as their status is active.

What they can do

Team members can manage venue details, workspaces, pricing, and bookings for the venues they're assigned to β€” the same as you.

Removing a team member

You can deactivate team members from the same screen. Need help? Email help@onecoworking.com.
