Capacity
The number of people the space fits. For meeting rooms and private offices, this is the maximum headcount. For day passes, it's how many desks are available.
Deposit months (private offices)
The security deposit a customer pays at the start of a private office lease, expressed in months of rent. Customers see this before booking.
Notice months (private offices)
How much notice a customer has to give before ending a private office lease, in months. Also shown to customers before they book.
