You can update your payment details yourself from the venue edit page — no need to email support.
How to update
Go to My Venues, open the venue you want to update, and scroll to the Payment Details section. You can edit:
IBAN
BIC / SWIFT
VAT ID
Tax ID
Legal entity name
Billing address
Good to know
Payment details take effect on the next payout cycle after they're saved. IBAN and BIC are validated against standard formats — you'll get an error if the value looks wrong.
Managing multiple venues?
Each venue has its own payment details, so you can point payouts for different venues to different bank accounts or legal entities.
