How do I block dates or pause bookings temporarily?

How to handle temporary closures, holidays, and dates where your venue can't accept bookings.

There isn't a self-serve calendar block in the dashboard yet. If you need to close for holidays, a private event, or maintenance, email help@onecoworking.com with:

  • The venue name

  • The dates you need to block

  • Whether it's the whole venue or just specific workspaces (e.g., one meeting room)

We'll apply the block and confirm back to you. Self-serve calendar management is on our roadmap.
