Every new booking triggers an email notification. If you missed one:
1. Check the dashboard first
Go to Bookings in the dashboard. This is the source of truth β every confirmed and pending booking shows up here, even if the email didn't land.
2. Check spam and filters
Notification emails sometimes end up in spam, especially if your email provider has aggressive filtering.
3. Change the notification email
If you need notifications to go to a different address (for example, a shared reception inbox), email help@onecoworking.com β self-serve notification email routing isn't in the dashboard yet.
Guest arriving with a booking you don't see?
Open Bookings and search by guest name or date. If you still can't find it, contact support and we'll verify.
