Roaming passes are currently paused.
We're in the middle of migrating to new infrastructure, and the roaming pass product has been temporarily turned off while we rebuild it. We expect roaming to come back in Q3 2026 on the new platform.
What this means for your venue
You won't receive roaming pass bookings or check-ins during the pause
Regular day pass, meeting room, and private office bookings are unaffected
No action is needed on your side
Guest shows up with a roaming pass?
If a customer arrives with a voucher or roaming pass from before the pause, email help@onecoworking.com with the guest name, venue, and date and we'll sort it out.
We'll send an announcement when roaming relaunches in Q3 2026.
