Yes. When you book a meeting room, the room is yours for the duration — you can bring clients, colleagues, or external guests. Only the person making the booking needs a One Coworking account.

Room capacity: Check the maximum capacity listed for the room — make sure it fits your group
Headcount: Use the people filter when searching to find rooms that comfortably fit your attendees
Special requirements: Need a screen, whiteboard, or specific seating layout? Note it when booking or contact the venue directly in advance
